I originally set an appointment up with Alura Danu Boudoir because she was doing a Zodiac calendar special. I was super nervous, but after one conversation with her I knew this was something I wanted and NEEDED to do for ME. I love my kids more than life itself... But all I truthfully felt like at that point in time was a "fat Mom" My makeup and hair were done that day onsite. There were outfits there and I brought a few of mine own. By the time I received my pics back, I was blown away. This was well worth the investment and I highly recommended anyone who needs that little confidence boost to do this. Whether it's for you or your significant other as a surprise gift.. Just do it!!

What started out as an anniversary gift for my husband turned into a full confidence and mood booster. I have been heavy my whole life, recently lost a significant amount of weight (also self conscious about loose skin) so for our anniversary I decided to gift a booklet to my husband. Well let me tell you something. My jaw DROPPED when I saw these photos! I said "OH MY GOD I LOOK HOT!" Alura was great to work with, she made me feel beautiful and confident in my own skin and I can finally see what my husband sees. Amazing job, highly recommend. If you are hesitant or nervous about booking a shoot, my only advice, DO IT. You will be SO happy you did!

Alura was absolutely professional and was so easy to talk to. She made me feel so good about how my body looked that I just didn't care. My photogenic personality just came out. I was able to have 3 to 4 outfit changes. The photos are amazing and I love them all, and I can't wait to gift my photos to my husband for our wedding anniversary. If there was something you were uncomfortable doing, you don't have to do it and you can choose a different pose if you want to. These photos made my SEXY inner self come out. And I love my body the way it is. If you're not sure if you should do it or not, I say go for it.

Alura is so awesome! I was a little nervous about a boudoir shoot but she made me feel so comfortable and played great music too! I absolutely recommend a boudoir shoot for anyone needing a self confidence boost and recommend Alura to take the photos!!

Alura was very professional. Hair and makeup went great. There was awesome clothing selections. She made the shoot as comfortable as possible. I loved my images and they came back quickly.

Alura Danu Boudoir took the absolute most gorgeous photos I have ever seen! The shoot itself was easy and so fun and the finish products came out absolutely perfect!

I can't rave about her enough! She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end & it was effortless. I don't consider myself high maintenance at all, but Alura made the shoot feel like the most boujee, sexy, extra experience & I totally loved it! As a single mom, I don't get alot of "me time" so this was exactly what I needed to remind myself that although Mom is always my 1st priority, I can still have my own identity. I can be confident, feel beautiful, and comfortable in my own skin...and Alura really captured that in her photos. She truly has an incredible eye & I would recommend her to anyone who wants to look & feel beautiful!

After losing 100lbs, you're not as prepared for the physical changes and the body dysmorphia as you think you are. A boudoir shoot was the confidence booster I needed, and Alura made the experience fantastic. From the consult to shoot day, she handled it all and made me feel comfortable throughout the process and confident on the day of the shoot. Her hair and makeup person made me feel like a goddess and with Alura behind the camera guiding me, I also looked like a goddess in my photos. She helped me see myself in a different light and I'm so thankful for her and her skills.

Oh gosh, where do I START?! Alura is just so great! She makes me feel so comfortable during my shoots! I'm not the best at posing but she knows EXACTLY what to do!! She knows how to capture my body in a way that makes me feel so beautiful and so EMPOWERED!! I couldn't WAIT to get the prints back and hang up my pictures!! I'm so in love with them!! Thank you so much to Alura for always doing what she does! The whole experience was so easy and I will ABSOLUTELY come back for more!!
